How much does it cost to have a pool built?

For pool builders, the cost varies depending on the size of the pool, the materials used, and the work required to install it. We are a luxury pool building team. At this time, our pools start at $200,000 and go up from there. Call Atlanta Pools today if you have additional questions.

What do I need to get before having a pool installed?

Your pool installers need a property plat and a septic drawing to start the project.

How long does it take to build my pool?

It will depend on how long it takes to obtain a permit. Once we start the installation, it typically takes anywhere from three to six months depending on the scale of the project. That’s pretty much standard for most swimming pool companies.

Do you have a physical location we can visit?

Yes! As one of the premier pool companies in GA, we have an office and showroom with designs for you to look at. We are located at 2745 Antioch Rd in Cumming, GA.

How difficult is it to take care of a swimming pool?

As modern pool builders, with our technologies and construction, it is very easy to take care of your pool.

What is the cost of an operating pool?

The monthly cost will include additional costs for electricity, gas, and then chemicals to maintain the pool. That’s the cost no matter who your pool installers are.

Do I need a pool service to maintain the pool?

Despite what some pool companies may claim, it is not necessary. Many people maintain their own pool because of the way we construct the pool and the technologies we use. It is fairly simple to maintain.

Do you offer additional backyard services when you install a pool?

To separate ourselves from other installers, we offer additional pool add-ons like landscaping, fencing, hardscaping, and more. We can transform the entire space without calling other contractors. Are you directly involved in the pool installation project?

The owner is involved in all projects and we have site supervisors as well to make sure everything is done correctly and according to plan. That’s how you know that out of all swimming pool companies, we mean business.

Do we need to winterize our pool or spa?

No, with our technology you do not need to do any winterization. Just like your pool installers, your pool is operational year-round.

I called to complain because I saw two of their employees drive 100 yards down the wrong side of Holcomb Bridge rd. just west of 400. I was very upset because a friend of mine was killed that way. I called the office to complain and was very rude. Told them what happened and hung up the phone on them. Several hours later the driver of the vehicle that I saw drive down the wrong side of the road called and explained that he had just been robbed at gunpoint and was actually chasing the thieves. He admitted he was wrong to do so and I accepted his apology. Although, what he did was wrong, he was man enough to apologize. I feel that his apology was sincere and heartfelt and forgave him. People in this world sometimes make mistakes, and they shouldn't suffer for the rest of their lives because of those mistakes. If they are half that professional building pools, then you are in good hands.
